Telephone Advice

During weekday business hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), we have a registered nurse dedicated to providing general care information/advice by phone.  We strive to return calls within one hour.  Medication refills can also be requested on the nurse phone line.

Messages can also be left for physicians, and calls will be returned as soon as possible.  The doctors typically return calls in between patients if the schedule permits or at the end of the day.

Depending on the nature of the question, we may need to examine the child before diagnosing, treating, advising on the condition.
